How this site works
The short version: plain files, no account, no cookies or analytics, and a Microsoft Learn page behind every answer. The details are below, each with the evidence for it.

Static, by design
Plain files served as they are: no server code, no database, no account, no sign-in. Every sample question reads as a plain page without JavaScript. The quiz needs JavaScript to keep score, and says so.
Nothing phones home
No cookies, no analytics, no third-party scripts, fonts or images. The only outbound links go to Microsoft Learn and Amazon, and those sites apply their own privacy practices.
Your quiz progress lives in this browser's storage and nowhere else. You clear it from your browser's site settings; there is nothing on our side to delete. The host serves the files and sees the request the way any web server does.
Before every release, a check refuses a page that loads anything from an outside host.
Every question cites its source
Every sample question carries the Microsoft Learn page behind it. The number of Learn pages at the top of this page is counted by the build under one rule: each page once, whatever its capitalization, fragment or trailing slash.
The quiz's default session is drawn to the skill-area weights Microsoft publishes for the exam, wherever the sampler and the exam's study guide name the same skill areas. A sampler is 75 explained questions, not the exam.
When Learn and a question disagree, Learn wins
The correction goes on the errata page with its date, under the book it concerns.
Checked before it ships
Every release runs a set of automated checks first. They catch a link to a book that is not on sale, a page that loads anything from another host, and structured data that does not match the page, and a release with a failing check is held until it is fixed.
Dated claims
Exam-change pages carry the date they were checked against Microsoft's own pages. The errata page reads the catalog's status on a stated date. Catalog status was last checked on September 29, 2026.
Measured, not guessed
Lighthouse, measured on September 30, 2026 on the home page, the companion, a study page, a guide page, the errata page, About and this page: accessibility 100, best practices 100 and SEO 100 on each. Performance on the live home page, measured on September 30, 2026: 100 on desktop and 99 on a phone. No text on those pages fails WCAG AA contrast. Cover images ship with their measured dimensions, so nothing jumps as a page loads. Layouts hold at 320 pixels wide.
Keyboard on the quiz: A to D answer, P peeks, Enter advances. A skip link on every page. Pinch-zoom is never blocked. Reduced motion is respected. A study page prints with every question open.
