Lab pointers
There is no separate lab download and no video course. The lab guide is already in your book: every field guide in the series below carries Appendix B: Build a Lab Tenant, a guided setup for a trial tenant scoped to that book's product. Read the chapter, open the appendix, build your lab tenant.
The Microsoft Purview Field Guides are the exception, marked in the list. Six of them close with Appendix D, a trial-tenant build named for the book's own solution (for example, Standing Up a Trial Tenant for DLP). The Insider Risk Management guide puts its lab up front instead: the chapter Lab: Set Up the Trial Tenant follows Chapter 2, with a teardown checklist after it.

Why the lab lives in the book
A lab appendix that ships next to the chapters can say "build exactly what Chapter 4 just described" and mean it. A generic lab site cannot. The appendix walks the trial-tenant signup, the licensing, and the minimum setup the book's exercises need.
Not sure which book you need? Start with the exam cards on the home page. Each one lists the field guides for that exam.
